Fees

Our fees are based off each referral. The average cost for an evaulation is around $2,200 but a definite price will be given after the clinical interview based on your child's age and functioning.

Because of the complication and distraction insurance companies cause, Dimensions Psychology has opted to remain an out-of-network provider. We partner with Reimbursify, a service which advocates for you in filing out-of-network claims. We will cover your fee for Reimbursify. More information can be found here.

Navigating insurance coverage for psychological evaluations can feel overwhelming, so we’ve created a helpful resource to guide you through the process. Our Guidance and Questions for Prospective Patients Contacting Their Insurance Companies About Reimbursement for Psychological Evaluations provides step-by-step questions to ask your insurance provider and tips to better understand potential reimbursement options.

No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimate

In January 2022, the Senate passed the No Surprises Act, a law that requires healthcare providers to give patients a clear estimate of expected charges when services are not billed through insurance.

At Dimensions Psychology, we are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not contract with or bill insurance companies directly.
Because of this, we make it a priority to talk openly with prospective clients about our fees before scheduling, and we ensure cost information is shared multiple times and easy to access at any point. We believe in full transparency.

As a client, you are entitled to request a Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated total cost of services prior to your appointment. If you ever have questions about fees or would like additional details, please contact us directly or visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
